Schloss Grünhaus which was being formed by our family out of the monastery St. Maximin, is a prime example of the Prussian-Neo-gothic architectural style. Our wines age in the vast slate vaults under the castle. 

Our "Sschloss Riesling" which replaces the Gutswein "Monopol" is the new constant in our portfolio. The wines  give a first impression of the distinctive charactersistics from Grünhaus: herbal, racy and mineral notes.
