SCHLOSS TROCKEN
Schloss Grünhaus which was being formed by our family out of the monastery St. Maximin, is a prime example of the Prussian-Neo-gothic architectural style. Our wines age in the vast slate vaults under the castle.
Our "Sschloss Riesling" which replaces the Gutswein "Monopol" is the new constant in our portfolio. The wines give a first impression of the distinctive charactersistics from Grünhaus: herbal, racy and mineral notes. SHOP VDP.GUTSWEIN
SCHLOSS KABINETT
Fine Ruwer typicity at the Gutswein level
Our wines mature in the deep slate vaults of our castle’s cellar. Starting with the 2022 vintage, this will include our fruity Gutswein alongside the dry Schloss Riesling SCHLOSS RIESLING KABINETT.
The new SCHLOSS KABINETT is the ideal gateway to our unmistakable Ruwer style. The cool, fine nuance of our single-site wines, marked with an herbal spiciness, awaits in every bottle.
