Our manor, known as the Schloss, anchors the entire estate. Throughout the year, Maximin von Schubert tends to his wines growing at the foot of the Grüneberg. Wine is an integral part of life here — and has been for generations. After taking over the winery, Maximin lives with his wife Amelie and their two children - Maximin Richard and Carl-Gustav in the castle.

Between the Vines

Each day at Maximin Grünhaus starts with a lovely view out onto the monopole sites. The Schloss is the hub of activity for the von Schubert family, full of joy and in harmony with nature.
